Local Deliveries (Kuwait)

We aim to deliver all local orders as quickly as possible through our approved delivery providers. Most Kuwait orders are delivered within 24 hours after order confirmation.

After completing your purchase order, you will receive a confirmation message or email containing your order details for reference.

GCC & Worldwide Shipping

Cloud Nine offers shipping across GCC countries and selected international destinations through DHL.

Estimated delivery times:

GCC Countries: 2–6 business days
International Orders: 3–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs procedures, local regulations, public holidays, weather conditions, or unexpected global disruptions affecting shipping services.

Any customs charges, import duties, taxes, VAT, or clearance fees required by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking information will be shared once the shipment has been dispatched.

نسعى لتوصيل جميع الطلبات المحلية بأسرع وقت ممكن من خلال شركات التوصيل المعتمدة لدينا. يتم توصيل معظم الطلبات داخل الكويت خلال 24 ساعة من تأكيد الطلب.

بعد إتمام طلب الشراء، ستصلك رسالة أو بريد إلكتروني لتأكيد الطلب يحتوي على تفاصيل الطلب الخاصة بك للرجوع إليها.

الشحن لدول الخليج والعالم

يوفر كلاود ناين خدمة الشحن إلى دول الخليج والعديد من الوجهات الدولية عبر شركة DHL.

مدة التوصيل المتوقعة:

دول الخليج: من 2 إلى 6 أيام عمل
الطلبات الدولية: من 3 إلى 10 أيام عمل

يرجى العلم بأن مدة التوصيل تعتبر تقديرية وقد تختلف بحسب إجراءات الجمارك، الأنظمة المحلية، العطل الرسمية، الظروف الجوية، أو أي ظروف عالمية طارئة قد تؤثر على خدمات الشحن والتوصيل.

كما يتحمل العميل أي رسوم جمركية أو ضرائب أو ضريبة قيمة مضافة أو رسوم تخليص قد تفرضها الدولة المستلمة.

سيتم تزويدك برقم تتبع الشحنة بمجرد شحن الطلب.
